William Fichtner

Following its inclusion on Prison Break, actor William Fichtner has acquired film projects such as Ultraviolet (2006) and Blades of Glory (2007).

Now he is set to work on another film called The Dark Knight, which is the highly anticipated sequel to Batman Begins.

Last July, Warner Bros. Pictures released the actor Christian Bale would revive its role in the next Batman movie The Dark Knight. Join Bale as science fiction film are actors Heath Ledger, which will depict his infamous enemy Joker, Gary Oldman as Lieutenant James Gordon, a police officer at some uncorrupted Gotham, Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent, the Attorney District of Gotham, Michael Cane as Alfred Pennyworth, butler to Bruce Wayne more reliable, Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox, newly promoted CEO of Wayne Enterprises, Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel Dawes, Harvey Dent Wizard, Eric Roberts as a Mafia Kingpin and last but not the least, William Fichtner as the bank manager of Gotham City.

The Dark Knight will continue to project themes such as revenge, the issues of Bruce Wayne 's father and justice. Having artistic director Christopher Nolan will ensure that Robin, Batman's sidekick, would be excluded from the franchise since the director is to focus the plot on the young Batman.

The film, which will be filmed in Chicago, London, Los Angeles, Baltimore and even Hong Kong is co-written by Christopher Nolan himself, his brother Jonathan Nolan and David S. Goyer. The Dark Knight, which is currently in production, will be published in July 2008.

Fichtner, a native of 50 years of East Meadow, New York, graduated from the State University of New York with a degree in criminal justice. He currently plays Agent Mahone on Prison Break. Prior to its inclusion on Prison Break, he worked in films like Heat, Crash, Black Hawk Down, Go, Contact and Armageddon.
