Stunt Double Die Another Day Die Another Day is the twentieth spy film in the James Bond series. The film, produced by Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli and directed by Lee Tamahori, marks the fortieth anniversary of the James Bond series. Pierce Brosnan plays the fictional character James Bond MI6, alongside Halle Berry and Toby Stephens, whose characters all have to parachute in during the film production.
Executive producer Tony Waye and co-producer Callum McDougal used the stunt team, participate in a difficult scene in which James Bond and Jinx leave a Chinook helicopter in South Korea and fly detected in North Korea. The team completed the task by defeating the Switchblade, a passenger craft manually guided single glider designed as a rapid entry to enter hostile territory. The Switchblade is very effective and uses the latest technology stealth Profile Design. As the Switchblade comes on designated landing area, James and Jinx deploy parachutes to supplement their landing unnoticed.
The movie villain Gustav Graves, played by Toby Stephens, parachuted into Buckingham Palace with a Union Jack parachute to collect his knighthood.
The stunt team composed Maple Barry, Ian Marshall, Roy Charters, Julia Foxwell and Allan Hewitt. Maple Barry was also responsible for building much of the equipment parachute.
