I do not know. A jury of his peers found him not guilty. This should end the argument. I think he put through a civil lawsuit after the double criminality. Therefore, it is unconstitutional.

I do not know if he did or not. No matter what the woman was no one has the right to take another life people! OJ was found not guilty (unfortunately) and guilty at the civil trial.
