Richard Burgi

Was Richard Burgi (Karl Mayer, ex-) from Desperate Housewives or did he quit?

I'm not really sure that its role in the DH was recurring and it has a lot of other shows and movies. I never read him get fired or leave, but maybe they thought it was time for his character to die to create more drama and he agreed it might be able to do other things.

I just know he was on Days of Our Lives many years ago LOL.
