Phillip J. Roth

Phillip J. RothSeniors ~ Which of these living authors?

Would you most want to dine with?

What would any of your questions to him / her?

Rowling
JD Salinger
Phillip Roth
Stephen King
Jackie Collins

I would most like to have lunch with Stephen King, he says he likes to scare the hell out of people and he does it very well. Heart of "The Shining", "He" and "1408." I am an alcoholic also recovered. That takes strength and courage, believe me.I think my question would be: "What kind of person do you think you are?"

I wish I had a meal with JK Rowling, but I have no idea what I asked, because she has already said all she'll say about Harry Potter et al. I could just tell him how much I enjoyed his books and with what skill I think she shot pictures word so that the films showed exactly what I thought they would.

Or, I could have lunch with Stephen King and ask him why his wife's books are so difficult to find. I read a couple, and it is really a good writer, but she was seriously overshadowed by him.

Stephen King ............ Mr. King, Where do you find your morbid imagination?

Stephen King. I would ask if his imagination never gave night mares.

It is not easy. I'm not crazy about your list. Could not I just go back in time and have lunch with James Mitchner?

Stephen King, and I would ask him if he still obsesses about snot - that's why I stopped reading his books.

Stephen King, but not sleep more .... lol. I would ask him why he had no sense of humor about the similarity of his accident and his book. The nurses were told never to make any reference. My sense of humor I have gone through a lot and I have no money.

JD Salinger, after all, he admitted Holden Caldwell's Catcher in the Rye is a bio of himself. I'm lucky enough to have read and loved his work and would not be a problem come and ask questions.
I am almost certain that he was writing all the years he was a loner.
I prefer to talk about his life and experiences that enabled him to draw his characters.
I ask him, he will allow a film to be finally in Catcher in the Rye. Add to that Johnny Depp there is quite strange that you could collaborate to produce the film. Go to plan my questions. You never know when a miracle will happen.

Stephen King. I wonder if one of the children he has coached the Little League teams were afraid of him.

No question, it would be Stephen King. I saw a special on television years ago and several said he always kept a pencil and paper beside his bed and he woke up and write down his dreams. I would have thought that my dreams are very vivid at the time but quickly forgotten in the morning. I would ask him if his fame and success changed him personally.

I would choose to have lunch with JD Salinger. My questions which are related to WWll. I''d like to hear his thoughts on the liberated concentration camps he visited. He never fully recovered from this experience and it influenced his writing now.
Blessings Juju

Stephen King - I asked him what his real motivation was and muse for his kind of writing.

Stephen King. I would ask him the same as that of the plum!

Or Stephen King, JD Salinger

JD Salinger, without a doubt!

Stephen King.

I want to know how it is ideas that turn into stories for her books. The process it goes through the development of his plot.

I want to go with Stephen King! Love her books, what an imagination!

I want to make love to JK Rowling and Stephen King hit for not held good novels, no more.

JD Salinger. His book is Franny and Zooey.
