dictatorship pure and simple.

Whether you call it socialism communism, fascism or any other-ism does not help those who are governed. Mobutu was "officially" a "pro-capitalist" which simply means he had the good sense not to fly at all (just the choice bits).

Just over the border in Angola, "Government of the People" (another name for a bloody dictatorship) stole everything, and the economy destroyed.
