Not likely. Partly because it is more in films and television. (She is currently filming alone and a bunch of other post-production should be promoted.)

Especially because they have already done with her medicine (and the twist is due to its presence in Antarctica, it would not be good to have her in-person), then it would return for reasons personal, and they have the House / Cuddy relationship happening now.

Wow I loved this episode! I do not know who was Mira Sorvino. She looks much hotter now than when she was in Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion. I agree with you ... they had good chemistry. However ... I want to see the house and hook Cameron!
