Michael StipeMusic as art display easel: rip music from 2009

Many famous and talented musicians died in 2009, but here's a short list of three artists who have touched and influenced me personally. These artists could create music easel display art with an ease and engineering.

Bo Diddley

legendary rock and roll singer, guitarist and songwriter Bo Diddley was born Otha Ellas Bates. It is difficult to adequately explain the importance of Bo Diddley, not only blues, but the birth of blues based rock and roll. Much of the rock and roll in the early days, and even today, is rooted in the chord progressions and styles of blues music. Bo Diddley's influence on rock and roll music is immense and his style, persona and skills will be sorely missed.

Jackson

There are few figures more loved and controversial in American music of Michael Jackson. An extremely talented singer and performer, Jackson was also one of the sad stories in popular music. Raised from childhood with his brothers, sisters, to make, Jackson's father was a hard coach, and pushed his children to succeed. Jackson was an eccentric artist who, despite his difficulties in public life, broke down racial and cultural barriers in popular music. His last years were marked by isolation and mystery, but he will always one of the most popular artists and loved in the world.

Vic Chesnutt

Vic Chesnutt has been known for its haunting, lyrical song that has often spoken openly about the singer's struggle with life and the omnipresent ghost of depression. A paraplegic since an accident in 1983 cars, Chesnutt never made an issue of his disability and always seemed humble and happy with the small amount of success he had as a singer / songwriter and the opportunities he has had to work with many inspiring musicians, REM Michael Stipe, other countries band Lambchop, experimental guitarist Bill Frisell, legendary singer and songwriter Van Dyke Parks, Canadian post-rock and Godspeed You Black Emperor. He died on Christmas Day 2009 of an overdose of muscle relaxants.
