You are referring to a television film that has not been released in theaters. It was released in 1986, when she had just finished a taxi and got out of the video Johnny Dangerously. However, it is not on DVD and I did not expect to see on DVD for some time. It was not the best movies, IMO. However, as the late Patrick Swayze said Dalton in Road House, "opinions vary."
