Juan Peron and his wife, the infamous Evita, has given hope and funds for the poor. he tried to wrest a higher standard of living, and medical care. Even if a dictator, and ww2 a Nazi sympathizer, he never tried to help the less poor countries. several top Nazi found there way to Argentina after the war, where they found a simulator of security and perhaps a little peace during his reign, of course juan juan being, I am sure it is an action side out of them.
