Regardless of all the cruel things he did to Tina, were musical contributions Ike Turner is more important that I read? Please give your opinion.

He supposedly helped develop the sound of Rocket 88 Jackie Brenston was considered one of the first true rock and roll songs, he created the Ike and Tina Turner Revue (Tina's talent can certainly not be ignored) that the style of show has been imitated by many artists. I think he is a pioneer of rock and soul.

His best contribution to my notice was Tina .... and I think it surpassed long ago in the department to contribute.

As it was the group that is probably the first R & R record (rocket88) with J. Brenston his singer, his contribution is immeasurable
