Harrison FordHarrison Ford Indiana Jones Workout

Harrison Ford's Indiana Jones workout is about as hard a workout movie star as he is. For Indiana Jones, Harrison Ford is performing an intense workout and nutrition regime since the movie requires it to be in excellent physical shape because he needs to sprint, jump, role, crawl and almost anything else that someone combing through long lost ruins would need to do. His girlfriend recently took a moment to talk about nutrition which is full of its strains.

He is on a strict diet rich in protein. He eats lots of fish and vegetables said girlfriend Calista Flockhart.

I think it is fairly simple. I mean we can look at it and say it is not the drug, which is often the reason why most people give for celebs going very well. More complicate our biggest loss, it is much easier than we think.

Now, I'm not working with Harrison but I imagine his workout looks like this.

3-4 days of full body workout with multiple joint movements

3-4 sets of 8-15 repetitions per set

little rest, about 30-45 seconds between sets

Aerobic training 3-4 days per week for 30 to 45 minutes

What is interesting about his training is that it is not your typical club, then set workout rest. Harrison Ford knows it can not be shooting a scene, then all of a sudden have to rest because he is out of shape. This is not what you want to see a global trotting, treasure finding the archaeologist.

Instead, he is training with multiple exercises that increase its ability to burn fat. Besides the advantage of working time that is still trying to recover from last year, it is also to help the body burn fat for 24-48 hours after it is training. This is known as EPOC or Excess Post-exercise oxygen consumption, which means that your body tries to replace the oxygen that you lost during your workout so that it is the burning of fat to do.

Not bad. It also get a lot of work done in a short period of time. I've been on movie sets and I know that the days are long and tiring, even for key players. So I doubt he wants to go to the gym around 9 or 10 at night when they are done shooting and do an hour or two of training followed by cardio and boring. Instead, he gets all the benefits of a session at his cardio workout.

I do not think it takes a lot of supplements either. It is probably not even taking protein powder but simply its nutrient foods together.

Here is what I would do to build muscle and lose fat for the new year Indiana Jones.

Everything would be timed laps. Then he had to complete four exercises then rest for 60 seconds and then return to the first exercise again. After three rounds of each, it would then move to the second round of exercises. We had three sets of three different tours, all 12 repetitions.
