On August 17, 2009, a videotape was released from Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane. The star who plays Dr. Mark Sloan in the medical drama series have been caught in a sex video with "love" wife Rebecca Gayheart and a former Miss Teen USA winner, Kari Anne Peniche.

What celebrity has managed to act so stupid and irresponsible I'll never know, but I think we can all be sure that the paps got a good laugh that it was wizzing around the internet for the last two days and spread like wildfire bloody.

The footage, which was originally 12 minutes long, but was later editted and cut three was transferred to a site known as Gawker, includes Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart and his wife Kari Anne Peniche have some kind of 'sexual interaction.

However, it seems that the group is not just funky under the covers, but they were also intoxicated that you can hear Rebecca Gayheart said she has to lie because she is "so high" during the video.

It is not clear at this point what will reprucutions for Eric Dane, who has been on Grey's Anatomy for the last two seasons running. It seems he has not yet filed any legal complaint and no lawyers have requested the footage be taken as they usually do in these kinds of situations. (Which happens very often these days).
