Job satisfaction is the result of different attitudes possessed by an employee towards his work. These attitudes may be related to job factors, such as salary, work environment job security, the nature of work, promotion opportunities, the rapid withdrawal of objections, the opportunities for participation in decision making and other benefits. Job satisfaction can thus be defined as an attitude that results from a balance of demand and as more individuals and dislikes known by an employee in the course of his employment, or employee of the trial how its work, overall, offers opportunities to meet their needs. She refers to her job, her overall adjustment and social relations within and outside of his work. This satisfaction and dissatisfaction with his job depends on the positive or negative evaluation of his own success or failure in achieving personal goals and perceived contribution to the task to him.

The qualities of humanism, tolerance, reason and the adventure of ideas, seeking truth and thus contribute to lead humanity toward even higher goals. Modernization in terms of courses, facilities, methods of evaluating teachers and up gradation turn enrich education, research review, and extension activities. Universities are no exception in this regard. They should leave their ivory tower concept and learn to interact with the outside world. Autonomy in the true sense should be the prerogative of the university system so as to enable it to respond with force to achieve its objectives and purpose. compared to the autonomy of universities offering this course, developments in methods of assessment, teaching research and extension is available. Financial autonomy is vital for the continuation of universities as centers of excellence and the need of the hour is to initiate measures to generate funds and reduce its dependence on the government to the extent possible, paving the way towards self-sufficiency.
