Can you answer this very, very difficult movie trivia question? Here's the challenge:
Name an actor who plays a character who is
fundamental to the plot of a movie, which shows up later
in another film that same character, but this time
They are not all the fundamentals of the plot. Aftermath
do not count.
Two examples:
In "Trading Places" Brothers Duke, played by Ralph
Bellamy and Don Ameche, are the principal antagonists.
Then, in Eddie Murphy's "Coming to America," Ralph
Bellamy and Don Ameche, again playing the Duke
Brothers, we see a scene of life in the street.
The second example is Brian Donlevy and Akim Tamiroff,
playing McGinty and The Boss in "The Great McGinty"
then appear again as McGinty and The Boss in much
a minor role in "Miracle at Morgan Creek."
So is the challenge. Plain and simple.
-You can provide comments on the sidebar
reverse - where they play a very minor role
character in a movie and then reappear as the same
character, that now they are an important catalyst for
plot. Again, no sequelae.
Brendan Fraser has made a brief appearance as his "Encino Man" character in the movie "son". It took a frog hair Pauly Shore, lit with a lighter and ate it.
