Bradford Dillman

There are two movies with Bradford Dillman and Eastwood, The Enforcer and Sudden Impact. Anyone remember what movie has an audience with the two men, where Eastwood is trying to charge a couple punks? Dillman gets these punks rejected. They left open and ended up in the elevator with Eastwood.

I wonder about the young punk blonde. It was also in the film Charles Bronson Death Wish II, a hood, a troublemaker and had almost shoulder length hair.

I can not find his name in any of the castings.

Kevyn Major Howard has been both in Sudden Impact (1982) and Death Wish II (1983). However, I can not find a photo to see if he had shoulder length blond hair at the time. But perhaps that is what you think.
