Is Barbara Billingsley (June Cleaver) our expectations for the ideal home mother? Think about it, Barbara Billingsley, the lady who played June Cleaver, is considered the model for the ideal home mother. She was a mother's career itself in real life. But she raised her children while working a full time job!
Thus, a mother can work full-time employment (paid) outside the house and raise their children successfully?
I think June is probably the most commonly used symbol to represent this type of parenting.
I absolutely know that you can work and be a good mother. Staying at home does not guarantee anything.
Can it, yes.
My problem with working mothers is not with those who work for the need or even want, but with mothers whose husband also works, have more than enough money to survive and continue to miss lives of children, of selfishness.
This is not religion or the Bible which makes me believe that is the fact that a mother makes me believe Im.
She can bring home the bacon and fry in a skillet
