What is the risk and why is it something to fear, to avoid?

For the risk of being exposed to the possibility of loss or damage. To be risk averse is to say, "If I do that, I lose something I value or something bad could happen to me. It is better to stay where I am or take a safe route, follow the path of least resistance. "Flat sucks the life energy of the creative person. To churn to a safe workplace for obtaining predictable and familiar responses expected is unfulfilling an artist, a creative person in any company that aspires to express its full potential.

Risks is to open yourself, being vulnerable to change and growth. For the risk is to keep the center of the truth of who you are, what you express as your purpose in life using the full potential of your unique gifts that are your birthright. For the risk is having the ability to ignore your need for another approval to take the measures most appropriate for you to realize that expression.

It is often the loss of enjoyment that people fear most. They prefer to remain small, locked in chains of conformity with the expectations of others, that any light on what their heart yearns to express. But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing. The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing and nothing.

If a baby you have chosen not to risk falling you never market. You risk appearing the fool, laughing at what tickles your funny bone. You are loved by another person in danger of losing that love. You expose your feelings and expose your self to criticism and rejection. You have grown and evolved. If you have trouble is where you held your true expression.

Actors learned to tap into their own inner strength and wisdom to take risks, go beyond the comfort zone of security and expose themselves to criticism, loss of favor with the public and their peers in order to explain the range of emotions and feelings that make the truth of nature, their role. We can not express the truth without risk. To deny the truth is to show up in your life inauthentically.

To stay safe, people will find excuses and reasons (fear) of not taking a risk. These fears are rooted in the needs egoic following:

1. Approval
2. To avoid the guilt
3. To be fair
4. To avoid conflicts
5. To avoid liability
6. To avoid failure
7. Certainty
8. Expectations met
9. To stay safe in the status quo, negative or positive.
10. To affirm the beliefs of self-identification, negative or positive.

Some people forget that the risk is also open the possibility of a favorable outcome. Risks depending on the inspiration will always have a favorable outcome, although this result is not achieved immediately.
